Languedoc e Roussillon
Le zone di Languedoc e del Roussillon offrono agli amanti del vino differenti stile e terroir. Il clima mediterraneo è ottimale per la maturazione delle uve e le differenti appellazioni danno vita a moltissimi stili di vini, molto diversi fra di loro. Qui si possono trovare grandi vini rosati, ricchi e strutturati vini rossi ed eccellenti vini dolci fortificati. All'interno delle regione troviamo molte appellazioni. Oltre alle generiche Languedoc e Roussillon abbiamo fra le più importanti per i vini fermi Cabardès, Minervois, Minervois-La Livinière, Corbières, La Clape, Picpoul de Pinet, Cotes du Roussillon e Cotes du Roussillon-Village oltre ai grandi vini fortificati di Banyuls e Rivesaltes.
